We support participants with NDIS funding
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funds supports and services for Australians living with a permanent and significant disability. United Care Network works with NDIS participants to deliver allied health services under their plan — whether you are self-managed, plan-managed, or agency-managed. We can help you understand how to use your funding and connect you with the right supports.
Make a referral or enquirySelf-managed participants
We invoice you directly and you claim reimbursement from the NDIS portal.
Plan-managed participants
We work with your plan manager to invoice directly — no out-of-pocket cost to you.
Agency-managed participants
We can discuss options for agency-managed participants on a case-by-case basis.
