About us
Care that meets you where you are
United Care Network was founded on a simple belief — quality allied health care should reach people where they live, not the other way around.
All ages
Early childhood to aged care
Our story
Our story
United Care Network grew from a recognition that too many Australians — particularly those living with disability, older adults, and families in regional and outer-suburban communities — face real barriers to accessing the allied health support they need. Clinic waitlists, transport challenges, and the sheer complexity of navigating multiple providers can make it feel impossible.
We set out to change that. By bringing our practitioners directly into homes, schools, and community settings, we remove the barriers and deliver care in the environments where it is most meaningful and most effective. Our team is multidisciplinary by design — because real life rarely fits neatly into a single discipline.
What guides us
Our values
Person-centred
Every plan, every session, every interaction is shaped around the individual — their goals, their preferences, and their life.
Mobile by design
We come to you. Delivering care in natural environments leads to better outcomes and removes barriers for those who need it most.
Multidisciplinary
Our team spans six allied health disciplines, enabling holistic, coordinated care without the complexity of managing multiple providers.
Inclusive
We serve all ages — from early childhood through to aged care — and welcome participants regardless of funding type or background.
Transparent
We communicate clearly about what we do, how we work, and what participants and families can expect from us at every step.
Evidence-based
Our practitioners apply current, evidence-informed approaches — adapting them to the real-world contexts where our clients live and grow.
Our model
Why mobile care works
Delivering allied health in natural environments isn't just convenient — it produces better outcomes.
Skills generalise faster
When therapy happens in the environment where skills are actually needed — the kitchen, the classroom, the backyard — learning transfers more quickly and sticks longer.
Barriers disappear
No travel, no waiting rooms, no transport logistics. For families, older adults, and people with complex needs, removing these barriers makes consistent engagement possible.
Practitioners see the full picture
Observing a client in their actual environment gives our team insights that a clinic setting simply cannot provide — leading to more relevant, practical recommendations.
Funding & eligibility
NDIS and aged care
United Care Network works with participants funded through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and individuals accessing aged care supports. We are not an NDIS registered provider, which means we work with self-managed and plan-managed participants. We are committed to transparent, fair pricing and clear communication about how funding can be used.
NDIS — self-managed
We invoice you directly. You claim reimbursement through the NDIS myplace portal at your convenience.
NDIS — plan-managed
We work directly with your plan manager. No out-of-pocket cost and no administrative burden for you.
Aged care
We support older Australians accessing Home Care Packages and other aged care funding. Contact us to discuss your situation.
Private clients
We welcome private clients. Some services may attract Medicare rebates with a GP referral. Contact us for details.
